The new Toolkit is expected to be complete by the end of 2025. Fill out the form below to order a hard copy of the new MDF Toolkit, and it will be shipped to you when they are available for print.

We will also send you monthly email updates that include articles on myotonic dystrophy, the latest medical advances, programs and updates from MDF, and much more.
