Life hacks are practical tips, creative solutions, everyday strategies, or emotional coping tools that make life with DM a little easier. These hacks might relate to mobility, energy conservation, navigating healthcare or benefits, accessible home tools, mental health, communication, grief, or anything else that helps you or your family manage life with DM.
Over the years, MDF has hosted Life Hacks sessions featuring members from the DM community sharing their experiences and resources that have helped them in their day-to-day life. You can view a recorded life hacks session here.
