Join us on November 6th at 1:00 PM to tee off for Kate Conte!  Greens and cart fees, boxed lunch, dinner during the awards ceremony and a course replay certificate is included. The cost is $95 per player and $350 per foursome.  Sponsorship opportunities are still available. 

The Promise to Kate Foundation was founded to honor Kate Conte and to help fund research for myotonic dystorphy (DM).
