Sam's Squad's mission is simple - to raise funds for research focused on finding a cure for myotonic dystrophy, a form of muscular dystrophy affecting Sam Florence and thousands of others.

A running team that uses the White Rock Dallas Marathon as a springing board for fundraising for myotonic dystrophy, Sam's Squad participates in the marathon, half-marathon, and relay race.
