Event speaker: 

• Jimmy Elizabeth, Westcott Distinguished Chair in Pediatric Neurology; associate Director of the Wellstone Muscular Dystrophy Center at UT Southwestern Medical Center; professor of Pediatrics and Neurology and Neurotherapeutics, University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. During the event, speakers will discuss mothers with young children/babies with congenital DM who would welcome the opportunity to learn about expectations and care for their children. Additionally, speakers will explore the IVF process for future pregnancies.

We would like to share experiences and ideas that could benefit others. Open to those who have myotonic dystrophy, as well as friends and family members.
