Caregivers, congenital, juvenile onset and adults living with DM1 and DM 2 are members of our support group. Please come and meet others who share your unique experiences and challenges as we navigate the journey of DM. This month we will focus on the MDF SSA toolkit and Special Needs Planning. We would like to share experiences and ideas that could benefit others, whether those who have myotonic dystrophy or friends and family members. Free parking is available at HCR Home Care. Refreshments will be served!
